Terms of reservation
The reservation is confirmed by paying 30% of the total amount. Cancellation policy: In case the guest cancels the already confirmed reservation, does not come on the agreed day or leaves early, the following cancellation conditions apply: -up to 75 days before arrival ...... the cancellation is free of charge, -74-30 days before arrival ...... we keep the received advance payment -29 days or less before arrival .... we charge 100% of the total price of the apartment rental.
