Discounts
- Disabled people and their family members - 8 % discount
- Staying from 8 days up to 10 days- 10 % discount for each day over 7 days.
- Staying 11 days and more - 15 % discount for each day over 7 days.
- Room rent: infants up to 2 years, in a room with parents- free, children up to 15 years in their own bed -50% discount.
- Additional offer of mini wellness for overnight guests –15% discount.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF APARTMENT RENTING
Rooms/apartments are ready for new guests after 15.00 o'clock. Guests are kindly requested to leave their room/apartment before 10.00 o'clock on the day of the departure.
VAT is included in the price.
You have to pay the tourist tax (1,01 EUR/person a day; children 7-18 years 0,50 EUR/person a day).
Bookings are confirmed after receiving a 100% advance payment.
90% refund of the advance payment applies for cancellations 30 days prior to arrival.
50% refund of the advance payment applies for cancellations 7 days prior to arrival.
